Service · Workflow Automation

Somebody at your company is retyping data right now.

The same order rekeyed into three tools. Status updates chased by email because the systems don't talk. That time is expensive, and it's why good people burn out. We count that cost first—then make it go away.

AI workflow automation means handing repetitive work to software that does it without being asked. Data entry between systems. Invoices read and filed. Reports assembled from the work as it happens. We map where your hours go, build the automation at a fixed price, and keep it running. Available to companies across Maine.

Opportunity & Proof Sprint

This is our AI readiness assessment. About a week. We map 3 workflows, put numbers on what automating them should save, and build proofs of concept to prove the riskiest pieces work. The math lands on your desk before any commitment.

Fixed price

Build

Working automations, and your team trained on them. Choose to build one or bundle all three.

Flat monthly rate

Maintain

Models keep changing; so does your business. We keep the automations current, handle hosting and LLM costs. Flat monthly rate, no surprises.

What we aim for

Our target for one automated workflow: savings worth at least 3× the total cost in year one.

We show that math during the Opportunity & Proof Sprint.

FAQ

Questions we're often asked.

What is workflow automation?

Taking a repetitive task a person does by hand and giving it to software. The old version connected two systems and moved fields between them. The AI version can read an invoice, understand a message, or hold a conversation, so it handles work that used to need a human to interpret it.

What kinds of work can you automate?

Anything that follows a pattern and eats hours: data entry between systems, invoice and receipt processing, report assembly, document filing, email triage, order entry, quote generation, approval chasing. If your team can describe the steps, we can usually build it.

What is an AI readiness assessment, and do we need one?

It's a short, fixed-price look at where AI would actually pay off in your operation, before you commit to a build. Ours is the Opportunity & Proof Sprint: about a week, 3 workflows mapped, savings quantified, proofs of concept on the risky parts.

Won't this be outdated in 3 months?

Parts of the stack will change; that's the nature of it. Two things hold their value: the redefined workflow, and the maintenance that ships with every build. We scope automations that pay for themselves on today's tools, and keep them current as the tools improve.

How do we know it'll work for us?

You don't yet, and neither do we. The Sprint exists to find out cheaply: a week, a fixed price, and real numbers on your workflows. If the math looks weak, you'll hear it from us first.

Our team has no time for a big project.

The first two calls cost about two hours of your time. The Sprint runs about a week and sits mostly on our side. Nothing bigger starts until you've seen the numbers.

Will our team actually use it?

We build inside the tools they already use and train them on the result. A tool nobody uses is a failed project by our own math, so adoption is part of the build rather than a phase after it.

Does this have to involve AI?

No. Where plain software or a process change wins, you'll hear that from us instead of a demo. We're AI-first because that's usually where the biggest gain is now, and the workflow comes before the tool either way.

What does it cost?

Fixed price, agreed before we start. Discovery is free.

Do you work with companies outside Maine?

Yes. Most of our clients are Maine businesses and our office is in Portland. The work itself runs remotely, so location isn't a constraint.
