Enabled Minds · About Us
A small team with a big appetite for difficult problems.
Enabled Minds is an AI consulting firm with an office at 254 Commercial Street in Portland, Maine and Madalinskiego 73/75 in Warsaw, Poland. We've been building with generative AI since it went mainstream, and most of the companies we've built for are Maine businesses. We redefine the process and how the work gets done.
Who we are
We're a small team, full of energy and creativity, making simple, clever solutions for complex problems. We've been building with generative AI since it went mainstream, and we started this to question the old ways of solving problems—starting with our own.

Why we exist
A technology wave this size comes along maybe once in a working life, and it's already here. We watched companies use the new tools to build the old things slightly faster—and decided that's a waste of a good wave. The tools make new solutions possible. Sometimes they make the problem itself worth redefining. That's the only work we want to do.

How we work
We move fast, use the new tools to their limit, and refuse to over-engineer. We don't polish features that don't matter and we don't pad scope. Minimum cost, maximum result—and a working thing in front of you fast, because a rough prototype that solves a problem today beats a perfect roadmap for next year.
What we believe
Ruthless pragmatism.
We build for maximum results per hour spent—ours and yours. If a solution doesn't drive revenue, cut costs, or free up your team's time, we don't build it.
Outcomes over artifacts.
We ship solutions. We don't hide behind backlogs and scoping documents, and we don't measure progress in slides.
Ride the wave.
Complacency is a death sentence. We bring the energy and the urgency to ride the wave—and we bring our clients along.
Portland, Maine—and where our clients are.
Our office is at 254 Commercial Street, Suite 245, in Portland, and Andrew Gauvin, our CEO, is from Maine. We work remotely by default and meet in Portland when it's useful. Training runs in person there too.
Next step
Bring us a problem.
We'll figure out the rest.
